'refreshingly different'
Our client centred approach starts with a blank page. The SPC process does take time, but we believe that it is time well spent in order to achieve the desired result of sustainable performance improvement. The process has several stages:
  • An initial exploratory meeting to introduce ourselves to you and to get to know about your company - its history, its people and its plans.
  • A no-obligation, free of charge taster session for you to assess our style of delivery and the impact of our training.
  • Meet the proposed facilitation team so that you feel comfortable with the people who will be working with your delegates. As part of the process it will be necessary for the SPC team to subsequently spend some time getting to know and understand your business, its environment and its people.
  • Working closely with you, we would begin to scope out the objectives and specific content of the programme, together with the relevant evaluation criteria.
  • Only then would we would present the proposed material for your approval or amendment.
So, when we claim that our programmes are bespoke, you can see that they really are bespoke. We do not force you into 'off the shelf' programmes. We believe it is imperative to work closely with you to design and deliver relevant training solutions that fit your needs and your budgets with absolute precision.

What does this process mean for you? It means no surprises in either the content or our style of delivery. You might also like to know that we will not charge you for meetings or any part of the design process.

So what do you think? Are we 'refreshingly different'? Take the bus to the next stop to learn more.
